Every year, Fortune puts out a list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the United States. As a job seeker, this is a list that you want to pay close attention to. If you are looking for a job, you might as well find one at a company that will truly value you as an employee.
But here is the problem: some people believe that landing a job with one of these employers is an impossible feat. Don’t be so quick to think this way.
Fortune recently noted that the 100 best employers are looking to fill more than 100,000 jobs in 2016. You are reading that right: more than 100,000 jobs!
Hilton Worldwide, for example, is one of the many companies on the list that are looking to add more workers this year.
With nearly 10,000 current job openings, spanning a variety of professions, this could be the company for you.
